Booking Conditions Reservations made are subject to accommodation availability and payment confirmation. To confirm the reservation, the guest must make the respective payment, in accordance with the established terms. The values of the reservation fees, deposit, cleaning fee or others, are announced at all times on the page of each accommodation. In all accommodations, a deposit is required to cover any damage caused to the property and/or common parts of the building. The retention of the deposit amount will be made at the time of check-in, when it is in person, or within 48 hours before the start of the reservation, via online. No additional amount will be charged to guests, the deposit constituting a retention that will not allow guests to access these funds until the retention is cancelled. If there is no damage to the property during the stay, the deposit amount will be canceled after check-out using the same credit card, which will happen up to 7 days after check-out. If the property is not in the same conditions, the deposit amount will be retained until payment of the damaged elements. The reservation will be subject to cancellation if it is not possible to make an authorization hold of the deposit amount, so it is important that the guest makes sure that their credit card is valid and has sufficient funds. If it is not possible to authorize the retention of the deposit amount, you will be notified by email or SMS and you will have 12 hours to try to use another payment method. All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force. Payment options: Payment for reservations can be made by bank transfer. Guests are also subject to the particular rules available in each accommodation. Pre check-in: Upon completion of the reservation, the holder of the reservation will receive an email and/or SMS from @Bronzeapartments confirming the reservation and with important explanations about the accommodation and information about additional services (such as transfer service or extra cleaning service) . Guests will be invited to fill in an Accommodation Bulletin, which is of the utmost importance for preparing their stay. The Accommodation Bulletin will in particular request the time of arrival, the total number of people staying – so that we can provide the right amount of bed linen and bath towels -, as well as mandatory information within the scope of services for foreigners and borders. Guests must indicate the exact number of people in the Accommodation Bulletin. The number of guests specified in the reservation cannot exceed the number of guests present in the accommodation. If the number of guests exceeds the limit, @Bronzeapartments reserves the right to require guests to leave the accommodation without any compensation or refund of fees paid. @Bronzeapartments cannot assume any responsibility for the incorrect or non-completion of the Accommodation Bulletin. Any attempt to change and/or violate the original information will invalidate the Accommodation Bulletin and will be subject to the cancellation of the reservation. Cancellation Conditions Upon confirmation of booking, the following fees will apply in case of cancellation: a) The guest will not have any cost in case of cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. b) The guest will pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation, in case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to the check-in date. If an overbooking situation occurs (that is, simultaneous reservations in the same accommodation) in the Accommodation reserved by the guest, he expressly acknowledges and accepts that @Bronzeapartments re-accommodates the reservation in an accommodation of the same category (in any case, ensuring that the quality of the Accommodation provided is not inferior to that of the Accommodation reserved by the Customer), at no additional cost to the Guest, and without, for that reason, being entitled to any compensation from @Bronzeapartments. conditions of stay The holder of the reservation must be at least 18 years old and must remain in the accommodation reserved for the entire stay. Guests under 18 years old can only be accommodated if accompanied by an adult who is the holder of the reservation. The reservation holder must provide a valid address, telephone number and email address. No pets (of any breed, size or age) are allowed in @Bronzeapartments accommodation. @Bronzeapartments reserves the right to require guests to leave the accommodation without any compensation or refund of fees paid if any animal is found inside. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. Under the terms of paragraph a) of paragraph 1 of article 45 of the Convention for the Application of the Schengen Agreement, accommodation of foreign citizens must be communicated to the SEF, by which we mean all those who do not have Portuguese nationality. For the purposes of the previous number, all guests with foreign nationality must provide all information regarding their identification, up to the maximum period of the check-in date, through the Accommodation Bulletin. Guests must notify @Bronzeapartments of any damage to the accommodation, contents, equipment or accessories that occurs during the stay, even if the guest considers that the damage is regular wear and tear and is not their fault. If the guest does not notify @Bronzeapartments of such damages, he may be liable for them. additional services @Bronzeapartments offers several additional services to guests, such as private transfers, cleaning service and cribs. All additional services are made upon request and are subject to confirmation of availability. @Bronzeapartments is not responsible for any services provided by external providers. Check-in and Check-out Upon check-in, identification documents of the person responsible for the reservation, as well as of all foreign guests, will be requested for the purpose of confirming the information provided. Unless otherwise agreed, occupation of the accommodation on the check-in date will be between 3 pm and 8 pm. In case of late check-in – after 8 pm -, an express check-in service may be available, and the guest must confirm this possibility in advance with @Bronzeapartments. The express check-in service depends on the complete completion of the Accommodation Bulletin by the guests. For late check-ins, and if it is not possible to provide an express check-in service, a fixed fee of € 30 will be charged, which must be paid at check-in. Check-out takes place until 11:00 am and all guests must leave the accommodation by the scheduled time. Guests must advise their desired check-out time. If it is not possible for a Bronzeapartments member to show up at the time of checkout, the guest can leave the keys inside the MasterLock box, where they were initially found, after closing the apartment door. Guest must NOT leave keys in the door lock. If the guest refuses to leave, @Bronzeapartments reserves the right to enter the accommodation, remove their belongings, change the locks and also to take other measures that may be necessary. (The guest will be responsible for the costs of any such action). Any changes to departure and arrival dates and times must be confirmed by @Bronzeapartments. The service provider's fee is based on complexity, materials, time spent, and other variables. @Bronzeapartments is not responsible for any item left inside the apartment after the guest leaves. Any belongings found in the apartment can be returned on request. The guest is fully responsible for all expenses related to the process of returning their belongings. Cleaning, sheets and towels The accommodation will be cleaned prior to guest arrival. The basic @Bronzeapartments service includes a set of towels, bed linen and various toiletries for each booking. Additional cleaning services and products, including change of sheets and towels, are available for an additional fee. Guests must keep the accommodation as organized and clean as possible, delivering it, at the time of check-out, in the best cleaning conditions so that @Bronzeapartments can receive the next guest. Guests must not leave garbage inside the accommodation, next to the door or outside the building door (when applicable), and must use the garbage bins in the street intended for this purpose.
